due to the ongoing closure of the Registry Office to the public, we inform you that it is possible to deliver the DoV in hard copy:
1) for those who are currently in Italy, by registered mail with return receipt ("posta raccomandata con ricevuta di ritorno") insured mail ("posta assicurata"). These services are provided by Poste Italiane spa, for more information visit the website, tab "Corrispondenza e spedizioni".
2) for those who are still abroad, by international shipping.

Students enrolled in the 2nd year must access their Esse3 web area to Select the Choice of the curriculum. The procedure is described in the guide published below. Students will be able to make their choice form today 14 September until 09 October.

Please take care of the new document (RegistrazioneRegistration.pdf, in attachment to this message) and of the important news about the Application Procedure and the related mandatory documentation, in response to the COVID-19 emergency and the difficulties with the Italian Embassies closed in several Countries.
In particular, "for International degree-seeking students not having submitted the complete documentation as detailed by the official national note available at https://www.studiare-in-italia.it/studentistranieri/ (document also attached to this e-mail, Cirdolare_2020_2021_EN.pdf)), the matriculation is subdued to the presentation of the above. The complete documentation must be compulsorily submitted by 31st January 2021 (extended deadline for complete documentation), under penalty of revocation of the registration.”
Of course you are exempted from the Italian language test!
You will receive the matriculation number upon submission of the complete documentation (by 31st January 2021).
This will allow you to have access to the University services and to follow the lessons of the 1st semester on line from your Country, in the case you would not be able to come to Italy next autumn.
Please be aware that all lessons of the 1st semester will be in streaming and registered also to allow anyone to follow them at his/her convenience.
